Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity across its global campuses. Located primarily in Madison, WI, the role involves monitoring real-time alerts and managing building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations and strong communication skills. Comprehensive benefits include healthcare and relocation assistance. COVID-19 vaccination is required, and the position may require work during evenings and weekends.

Location & Relocation

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to area required. Recruitment is national and financial relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Center Technician, you will maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses to disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
