Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity across our global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts and managing security systems. This role requires effective coordination of emergency responses to disruptions and close collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in security operations and must be able to work under pressure. A COVID-19 vaccination is mandatory, and relocation assistance to Madison, WI will be provided.

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills are necessary.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities are a must.
• Must be able to work effectively under high pressure in a real-time environment.

Location & Relocation

Position based on our campus in Madison, WI. Relocation to area required. Recruitment is national and financial relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Center Technician, you will maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center. You will identify and respond to issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses to disruptions such as natural disasters or power outages, and work closely with internal teams and emergency services to ensure a safe environment and restore normal operations quickly and effectively.
