Epic in Madison, WI is hiring an Operations Center Technician to ensure business continuity across its global campuses. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage security systems, and coordinate emergency responses to ensure a safe environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in security operations, strong situational awareness, and is able to work under pressure. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to the Madison area.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field preferred.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

• Maintain business continuity across Epic's global campuses by monitoring real-time alerts.
