Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at an assigned Huntsville location. You will delegate tasks, guide staff, and maintain safety standards for buildings and client interactions.

The role involves coordinating daily schedules, overseeing cleaning operations, and ensuring quality while supporting management in daily tasks. Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations at the assigned site.
• Provide supervision in the absence of the Manager.
• Communicate with field staff and management; monitor client communications.
• Help with scheduling and workload distribution.
• Oversee cleaning operations and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Manage keys/access cards and report equipment issues.
• Train new hires and validate time records.
• Perform routine checks on supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
