Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations at a client location. You will delegate tasks, guide team members, and ensure cleaning standards are met.

The role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting safety programs. You will coordinate daily schedules, monitor client communications, manage keys, and confirm completion with the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken and out of work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building.
• Oversee and validate any time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
