Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate tasks, and supervise the team when the Manager is absent. The Lead ensures policy compliance and maintains clean, safe buildings with proper access control.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or college degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Takes care of keys and access cards for the property.
• Reports damaged, broken or out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests in assigned building.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Provides training for all new hires assigned to the building.
• Completes and validates time records for regular or subcontractor or subcontractor employees.
• Checks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
