Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations and supervise a site when the Manager is absent. The role involves delegating tasks, ensuring safety, and maintaining clean, compliant buildings with proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Candidates with 1 year of lead or supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; a high school diploma is not required. ABM emphasizes training, strong teamwork, and providing comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow schedules and route cards; report barriers to supervision.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members on site.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules and oversee cleaning operations.
• Manage keys/access and monitor supplies, equipment, and chemicals.
• Ensure quality and completion of tasks with Area Manager oversight.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
