Job summary

The Lead will uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage work schedules, train new hires, monitor client communications, and ensure all jobs are completed to specification. Experience in janitorial services is preferred, with a valid driver's license beneficial.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership and supervision capabilities.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Background in janitorial or facilities operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and guiding team members.
• Provide supervision at the site when the Manager is not present and ensure adherence to policies.
• Report barriers, monitor safety and cleanliness, and communicate with management and clients.
