Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules, route cards as directed.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management, monitor client communications.
• Assist with daily and weekly work schedules.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged, broken and out of service items.
• Oversee additional service requests and ensure completion with Area Manager.
• Provide training for new hires per onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
