ServiceMaster Location Supervisor position overseeing daily cleaning at the assigned site. You will lead a cleaning crew, serve as the primary customer contact, and ensure a clean, healthy environment aligned with ServiceMaster standards.

You will communicate in English, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain reliability in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction, with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, 5+ years is a plus but not required.
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, and move furniture using prescribed products and methods.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure safety by using PPE where required.
• Open/close facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
