Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, ensuring facilities are clean and safe for customers and staff. Duties include supervising crew performance, performing cleaning tasks, maintaining supplies, and enforcing PPE use.

The role requires flexible, fast-paced multitasking, and the ability to communicate in English. A background in custodial work is preferred; training is provided and a clear career path is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite to meet ServiceMaster standards.
• Perform cleaning duties using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; ensure proper PPE use.
• Open/lock facilities and manage security as required.
