ServiceMaster seeks a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, lead the crew, and serve as the customer's primary contact. You will ensure cleanliness and health of the environment and manage crew performance to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years custodial/janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience with professional janitorial companies, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is a plus.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and keep clear customer communication.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow PPE safety procedures and ensure site security as required.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
