Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor for evening shifts at our Houston-area site. You will oversee daily cleaning operations, lead a crew, and serve as the primary contact for the client to ensure clean, safe, and healthy facilities.

The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Training and paid development are provided, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cleaning crew to meet ServiceMaster standards and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Perform facility cleaning tasks: sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture with proper tools and procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Observe safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Open/close facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
