Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site, ensuring a clean, healthy environment and serving as the primary contact for the customer. You will lead a small crew during 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM shifts, manage supplies, safety, and site security, and support career growth through training and advancement opportunities.

Prior custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus; strong reliability, English communication, and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility for a fast-paced, multi-tasking role.
• Must be reliable, in uniform, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew and maintain clear communication with the customer.
• Sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, and clean facilities per procedures.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure safety with proper PPE and site security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
