The role requires strong teamwork, 5+ years in custodial work, and ability to communicate in English. Responsibilities include supervising crew performance, performing cleaning tasks, maintaining supplies, and securing facilities.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English.
• 5+ years’ custodial/janitorial experience preferred.
• Experience with professional janitorial companies is a plus.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned site.
• Ensure the location is clean and a healthy environment for clients and staff.
• Manage crew performance per ServiceMaster standards.
• Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, polishing, windows, trash).
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Open/close facilities and manage security system.
• Promote a positive work climate and punctual, uniformed staff.
