ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning at the assigned site, lead the crew, and serve as the customer’s main point of contact. The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and on time.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership — ensure team performance meets standards and communicate with the customer.
• Facility Cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture using approved methods.
• Inventory — maintain supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use PPE where required.
• Site Security — open/close facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Additional Duties — perform other duties as assigned.
