Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a Location Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at the assigned worksite, leading a team during 6:00 PM–10:00 PM shifts. This 20-hour/week, part-time role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer service.

Two openings are available; prior custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus, and training is provided. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) options, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Custodial or housekeeping experience is a plus (5+ years preferred).
• Experience with a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role; punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Crew leadership — ensure crew performance meets ServiceMaster standards and communicate with the customer.
• Facility cleaning — sweep, mop, polish, remove trash, clean windows, move furniture and equipment.
• Inventory — maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Safety — use proper PPE where required.
• Site security — open/lock facilities and manage security systems as needed.
• Additional duties — other duties as assigned.
