The role sits within the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves hands-on work on building structures, systems, and daily upkeep on site. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, estimating materials, coordinating with occupants, and upholding CBRE safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred, plus up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow procedures and work standards.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Perform general building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property and grounds.
• Complete routine, preventative, and emergency repairs, and maintain repair records.
• Repair and maintain building structures, including walls, roofs, glass, siding, and related components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with occupants and stakeholders to understand repair and construction needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and coordinate additional support as needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in HSE programs.
• Report potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions.
