Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Union Maintenance Worker to perform custodial, building, and maintenance duties. The role supports preventive maintenance, repairs, and general facilities operations within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

You will develop skills in preventative and reactive maintenance, follow established procedures, report damages, monitor inventories, and execute tasks under close supervision and guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Follow a set procedure in performing repetitive tasks.
• Report property damage, equipment malfunctions, and unusual activities.
• Monitor supply, and equipment usage, and record inventory needs.
• Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision.
