Qualifications

• Familiarity with drywall, carpentry, framing, and finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and carry out carpentry, drywall, and finishing tasks to CBRE standards.
• Collaborate with teams to complete renovations and repairs across facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to timelines on all projects.
