Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Specialist to monitor and manage building systems, respond to incidents, and coordinate with field operations at the Malvern, PA site. The role emphasizes technical aptitude, attention to detail, and calm response in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities include documenting shift reports, generating work orders, and ensuring clear communication across teams. Sunday–Wednesday, 9:30 PM–8:00 AM ET shifts are required; on-site work in Malvern, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; tech-related coursework preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with BAS and building systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage building systems and BAS alarms to ensure operational continuity and safety.
• Provide incident response, troubleshoot equipment using BAS data, and coordinate with field operations.
