Job summary

JLL is seeking an Operations Specialist to monitor building systems, respond to alarms, and coordinate maintenance activities onsite in Malvern, PA. The role requires technical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include BAS oversight, incident communication, work-order processing, and producing shift reports. A high school diploma is required with preferred BAS/HVAC experience and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Technology-related coursework/degree preferred.
• Familiarity with building systems and BAS is a plus.
• Strong communication, time management and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage building alarms and BAS systems to ensure operational continuity and safety.
• Provide technical support to field operations by troubleshooting equipment using BAS data.
• Coordinate shutdown activities and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Generate and distribute accurate shift reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment and deliver client-focused service.
