Qualifications

• Experience as Operating Engineer in class-A office or commercial facilities.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, chillers, boilers, and air conditioning equipment.
• Knowledge of critical systems including UPS, generators, fire suppression, and life safety equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, schematics, and building management systems.
• Strong formal conduct of operations and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical equipment.
• Operate electrical systems including UPS, generators, and switchgear.
• Monitor life safety, fire detection, and lighting systems.
• Oversee building management and digital control systems.
• Record readings and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Conduct routine rounds and daily performance evaluations.
