Position Overview:

Coke Florida seeks a Facilities Building Maintenance Assistant at our Orlando facility, working either Sunday - Thursday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or Tuesday - Saturday from 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineers with inspections, repairs, and maintenance of building systems, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform preventative and general maintenance, including replacing bulbs, repairing plumbing, and assisting with special projects.
• Respond to customer requests and maintain maintenance logs and records.
• Ensure safety and operational continuity of the building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of facilities maintenance, janitorial, or engineering experience
• Ability to handle multiple projects and basic computer skills
• Willingness to complete safety training
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
