Join our team as a Maintenance Assistant at Town Village in Oklahoma City. This full-time position requires performing repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure all buildings, equipment, and the site are maintained at peak condition and appearance, with an emphasis on cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing necessary repairs and replacements of mechanical and structural systems
• Assisting with make-readies and general groundskeeping
• Supporting the lead maintenance team in daily duties

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of apartment maintenance experience
• Preferred certifications in HVAC, pool, and electrical work
• Experience with interior painting and pool maintenance
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Reliable transportation and a team-oriented attitude

Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday, 1 pm to 10 pm
• On-call emergency availability
