Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience.
• Experience using CMMS and LMS.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and administrative support to Facilities departments using CMMS, LMS, and related systems.
• Serves as Asset Inventory Professional and CMMS super-user, creates and tracks work orders, and reports trends to leadership.
• Manages departmental budgets in Workday and coordinates with Project Assistants for PO/invoicing and closeout data.
• Maintains procedures and documentation for maintenance, repairs, and safety-related activities.
