Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Wisconsin facilities to perform facility and equipment maintenance. The role requires 2-4 years in equipment maintenance and a valid driver's license, with 40 hours weekly from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Driver's license required.
• Basic CMMS and building automation system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance per codes; documents via CMMS.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, doors, fans, boilers, etc.).
• Maintain patient care equipment like beds and wheelchairs.
• Maintain mechanical/electrical systems including HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and gas systems.
• Perform routine general maintenance and respond to emergencies per plan.
• Read blueprints and maintenance manuals to complete tasks.
