Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with codes and standards; documents in CMMS.
• Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting of mechanical equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, doors, fans, boilers, etc.) and coordinates resources.
• Maintains, repairs, and conducts complex troubleshooting of patient care equipment (beds, wheelchairs, carts, tables, etc.).
• Maintains mechanical/electrical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas systems) and coordinates resources.
• Performs preventive maintenance and reads blueprints and maintenance manuals.
• Responds to emergencies; identifies root causes and assesses risks; communicates status to occupants.
