Job summary

Duke Clinical Research Institute is seeking a CMMS Analyst to support the Facilities Management Department with CMMS administration, reporting, and PM program optimization. You will develop training materials, define workflows, and generate KPI reports while interfacing with shops, planners, and managers.

Strong CMMS, SQL, and MS Office skills are essential, with 4 years facilities experience and knowledge of PM schedules.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Business or related field or equivalent experience.
Four years facilities management experience preferred.
Proficient with CMMS including reporting, grids, and SQL business rules; experience with HxGN CMMS preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication; proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Manage equipment/asset management data, reporting metrics, and training materials.
Collaborate with shops, planners, and managers; understand materials management for the department.
Maintain and optimize the PM program; lead PM development with stakeholders.
Define and document standard workflows for asset information, PM schedules, tasks, and routes.
Develop and present CMMS reports and KPIs for shops, storerooms, and managers.
Update metric reports using SQL and CMMS data; support CMMS backend administration.
Enhance user experience with CMMS by creating Custom Fields/Screens and reports.
Back up CMMS administration and train new staff; support campus construction projects.
