Occupational Summary
The Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS) Analyst will provide a wide variety of analytical, strategic and operational support to the Facilities Management Department (FMD) primarily focusing on the (CMMS). The CMMS program is instrumental in notifying and prioritizing Operations & Maintenance preventative and corrective maintenance for the Department. The CMMS Analyst will report to the Manager of Support Services and will assist with various other CMMS administrative functions.

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $59,829.00 to USD $104,550.00. Work requires an Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture,Business or related field. Alternately, equivalent knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance and operations, or construction and renovation in facilities management combined with relevant education may qualify
(4) Four years of facilities management experience preferred.
Good knowledge of building systems and general facilities maintenance practices.
Proficient with CMMS including report, grid, and SQL business rule development. Experience in HxGN CMMS preferred.
Computer software skills using MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences, including senior University management, faculty, staff from other departments, students, and others.
