Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician II, Maintenance in Mesa, AZ.

The role provides mid-level support to the Operations, Engineering & Maintenance team, applying preventive and predictive maintenance to key warehouse equipment including HVAC, compressors, forklifts, and related systems. You will perform electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance tasks, ensuring safety, 5S compliance, and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3+ years in maintenance, facilities, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Strong safety and 5S discipline in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level maintenance support for HVAC, conveyors, forklifts, and building systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance with supervision as needed.
• Maintain facilities cleanliness, safety, and record keeping using Maintenance Connection or similar system.
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving maintenance opportunities.
