Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for Deloitte University, Benchmark Hospitality, in Westlake, Texas. The role manages administrative tasks for the Facilities division, including PO tracking, invoice processing, and month-end closing.

Responsibilities include reports, vendor setup, and supporting Facilities managers with scheduling and administrative needs. The position is full-time, pays $20 per hour, and offers strong benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years accounts payable or similar experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Teams and procurement systems preferred.
• Craftable procurement system desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile the Facilities department checkbook, ensuring transactions and balances are accurate and current.
• Create, track, maintain, and close purchase orders for parts, supplies, equipment, and services.
• Review, code, route, and track invoices through the appropriate approval and payment process.
• Match purchase orders, receiving documentation, invoices, and payments; research and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor open purchase orders, outstanding invoices, department commitments, and available funds.
• Prepare department reports and maintain tracking for programs such as guest comment responses and guestroom preventive maintenance.
