Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Facilities Aesthetic Supervisor for Deloitte University Hotel & Training Center in Westlake, TX. This hands‑on role oversees maintenance tasks and guides a team of techs to deliver quality results, with a focus on preventive maintenance of aesthetic finishes.

The position is full‑time, 2nd shift, weekends/holidays, salary $26.50/hour, with full benefits and on‑site parking. CDL not required, but TX driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in maintenance in hotels, hospitals, buildings, apartments, or similar industry required.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance requests submitted by guests or employees for general maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on aesthetic finishes throughout the hotel.
• Supervise maintenance techs, ensuring efficient work and high quality results; conduct inspections of work performed.
• Assist with training, motivating, and supporting maintenance techs.
• Manage performance of maintenance techs by providing feedback, recognition, and coaching actions.
• Ensure correct use of EMS systems and life‑safety systems (training provided).
