Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking aRooms Allocation & Planning Manager for its Deloitte University property in Westlake, Texas. The role coordinates guest room allocations across multiple buildings to support learning programs, campus operations, and guest needs.

You will lead a small team, forecast demand, and translate program data into actionable accommodation plans while partnering with Event Management and other operational teams. Growth opportunities abound within a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

Hospitality management experience required.
2 years’ hospitality experience required; Rooms or Event Management preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Knowledge of Hotel Property Management System (Infor) is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of coordinators including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance feedback.
Develop guest room allocation strategies aligned with learning and meeting programs and building capacity.
Forecast room‑night demand by analyzing program schedules and inventory.
Translate program data into actionable accommodation plans and support decision‑making.
Monitor room inventory and utilization to improve alignment with program needs.
Conduct scenario planning to assess impact of dates, group size, and assignments.
Mitigate risks related to wait‑for‑room, room readiness, and relocations.
Collaborate with Event Management and Front Office to validate and execute plans.
