Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Purchasing Receiver for Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, Texas. This full-time role involves receiving and inspecting all food and beverage products, logging invoices, and ensuring quality standards across storage areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in Purchasing or Food & Beverage preferred.
• Texas Driver's License preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Receives, inspects and verifies all food, beverage, and other related products.
• Signs invoices with proper signature and codes invoices.
• Logs liquor invoices into perpetual log.
• Communicates shorts on invoices.
• Verifies deliveries meet specifications and quality levels.
• Delivers products to offices, storerooms and kitchens.
• Directly responsible for sanitation in the Food and Beverage storage area.
