The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in facilities management, with strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls, and building systems, plus proven leadership and vendor management

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, controls and building systems.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors and performance metrics.
• Experience in highly technical environments (manufacturing, semiconductor, data center, or pharma) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 + 15% Annual Bonus

Our client are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead an integrated facilities management operation at a highly technical client site in Rancho Bernardo.

This role will have overall responsibility for site operations, client relationships, technical facilities services, financial performance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical facilities background along with proven experience leading teams and managing complex client accounts.

• Lead day-to-day IFM operations across a complex technical facility.
