Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) seeks an Account Manager to oversee a small to mid-sized team delivering client commitments. This role sits within Operations Management, coordinating staff and ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership with P&L and budget management skills. Based in the United States; visa sponsorship not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• P&L and budget management experience.
• Facilities or property management experience.
• Vendor and people management experience.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring performance and retention.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and deadlines.
• Consult with sales professionals to define project requirements and address risks.
• Assist with coordination of resources and develop strategic operational plans.
• Manage sales and relationships with small to medium-sized clients; identify opportunities.
