Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Consulting Manager (Claims & Benefits) for a remote U.S. role. Leverage deep Facets expertise to optimize claims and benefits operations through business transformation and strategic consulting.

You will lead discovery workshops, advise on configuration, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and mentor client teams while coordinating with onshore and offshore delivery groups. This full-time position offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments.
Experience leading business analysis, consulting, or solution design initiatives.
Deep understanding of healthcare payer processes including claims adjudication, benefits administration, enrollment, provider operations, and member services.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements discovery workshops to define outcomes, KPIs, and opportunities across claims and benefits.
Serve as a trusted advisor on Facets capabilities, guiding clients on best practices and optimization strategies.
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable solutions for claims, benefits, enrollment, provider, and member service functions.
Provide advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis for complex processing and workflow challenges.
Partner with business and technical teams to implement end-to-end solutions across claims and related functions.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentor client teams on Facets functionality and industry best practices.
