Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Consulting Manager to help healthcare payer organizations optimize claims and benefits operations through Facets expertise and strategic consulting. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to design and implement solutions that improve performance and member experiences.

You will lead workshops, advise on configurations, and mentor client teams while partnering with global delivery teams to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments.
• Experience leading BA, consulting, or solution design on claims & benefits.
• Deep understanding of payer processes: claims adjudication, benefits, enrollment, provider ops, member services.
• Strong Facets configuration & data structures knowledge.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Demonstrated expertise in claims root cause analysis and optimization.
• Able to communicate complex concepts to exec and operations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to define outcomes, KPIs, and improvements across claims and benefits.
• Advise on Facets capabilities, configuration approaches, and optimization strategies.
• Translate requirements into scalable solutions to improve efficiency, quality and performance.
• Provide advanced problem-solving and root-cause analysis for claims processing challenges.
• Partner with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across claims, benefits, enrollment, provider and member services.
• Mentor client teams on Facets functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
