Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Facets Consulting Manager (Claims & Benefits) to help healthcare payers optimize operations through Facets expertise and strategic consulting. You will partner with client stakeholders, analysts, architects, and delivery teams to design and implement solutions that improve performance, claims outcomes, and member experiences.

The role demands deep Facets knowledge, senior consulting skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional workshops across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with TriZetto Facets in healthcare payer environments.
• Proven experience leading business analysis, consulting, or solution design initiatives focused on claims and benefits operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare payer processes including claims adjudication, benefits administration, enrollment, provider operations, and member services.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery workshops and consultative sessions to define business outcomes, KPIs, and improvement opportunities across claims and benefits functions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on Facets claims and benefits capabilities, guiding best practices and configuration approaches.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across payer operations.
• Provide advanced problem‑solving and root cause analysis for complex claims processing and benefits configuration challenges.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop end‑to‑end solutions across claims, benefits, enrollment, provider, and member service.
• Mentor client teams on Facets functionality and industry best practices.
