Job summary

Under foreman direction, you will follow project plans, manufacturer specs, and safety rules to complete tasks, prep surfaces, operate hand and power tools, and support jobsite logistics. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork on site in busy urban environments. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow project instructions and work safely on site.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and small equipment.
• Physically demanding work in active construction environments.
• Safety-focused and dependable with good attendance.
• Willingness to learn waterproofing and building-envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related work on commercial projects.
• Follow daily directions from Foreman, Superintendent, or PM.
• Complete tasks safely and per project plans and manufacturer specs.
• Assist with site setup, material staging, and cleanup.
• Prepare surfaces for waterproofing, coatings, and repairs.
• Use hand/power tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist with scaffolding, lifts, rigging as trained.
• Maintain tools and report issues to Foreman.
• Follow jobsite rules and safety practices.
