Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a Field Technician in Florida to perform hands-on construction work on commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will work under a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager to complete tasks safely and per project specs, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards.

Previous construction, waterproofing, concrete, restoration, or related field experience preferred.
Willingness to learn about commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, and building-envelope systems.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and small construction equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform waterproofing, concrete repair, façade restoration, and related specialty construction work.
Follow daily instructions from Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager.
Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization, protection, material staging, cleanup, and demobilization.
Prepare surfaces for waterproofing, coatings, sealants, and concrete repair applications.
Use hand and power tools safely and correctly; maintain tools and equipment.
