Job summary

VALCOURT is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations on commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will supervise foremen, field crews, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work progresses safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project documents.

You will coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules, conduct site walks, verify quality, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of commercial construction field experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with occupied commercial buildings and high-rise properties preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for waterproofing, restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects.
• Supervise Foremen, crews, subcontractors, and vendors; assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, materials, equipment, scheduling; review drawings and schedules.
• Maintain safety compliance and ensure quality standards on site.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and punch-list closeout.
