Job summary

Valcourt Group in Panama City, FL, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations on waterproofing, façade restoration, and concrete repair for commercial projects.

You will supervise foremen and crews, read plans, manage schedules, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers to keep work on track and compliant with contracts. This role requires strong communication, safety leadership, and hands-on problem solving on occupied sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; experience in commercial waterproofing/building-envelope preferred.
• Experience with occupied commercial buildings and parking structures preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong reading of plans, specs, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations on waterproofing, restoration, and concrete repair.
• Supervise foremen, crews, subcontractors, vendors, and other personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, contracts, and schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on manpower, procurement, and changes.
• Conduct site walks to monitor progress and quality, and enforce safety standards.
• Document progress, delays, and field conditions; support RFIs and change orders.
