Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Team Leader to oversee brake press and forming fabrication operations in Brillion, WI. You will lead the area team, ensure standard work is followed, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, lean manufacturing knowledge, and proven ability to train and develop staff. The role is full-time on-site with a 4/10 schedule and a $26/hour starting pay plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of Lean and 6S principles.
• Past leadership experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and training in TWI.

Responsibilities

• Lead area team members to meet daily production goals.
• Adhere to standard work and improve it where needed.
• Maintain production control charts and line performance data.
• Train new employees and perform cross-training as required.
• Identify waste and drive continuous improvement.
