Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a Team Leader to oversee brake press and forming or welding operations in Brillion, WI. The role emphasizes lean practices, standard work, and continuous improvement while guiding a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Starting pay is $26.00/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Work schedule is Mon-Thu, 4x10s, 4:30AM-2:30PM. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Understanding of lean, 6S and standard work.
• Training and communication skills essential.
• Experience with TWI is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead area team members and ensure adherence to standard work.
• Create, maintain, audit and improve standard work.
• Keep cycle time at or below takt time and assist on the line as needed.
• Train new employees and manage cross-training.
• Address root cause issues to meet daily production goals.
• Communicate effectively with team, supervisors and Ariens personnel.
