Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the 2nd Shift Fabrication Department at Plant 1 in Brillion, WI. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily production operations, support team development, and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

You will deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations while achieving operational and company goals, leveraging lean manufacturing practices and coaching colleagues to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with proven ability to develop people.
• Experience with Lean tools (6S, Kaizen) and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on the 2nd shift Fabrication Department.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and safety compliance.
• Develop and coach team members; monitor performance and apply corrective action as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet schedules and improve efficiency.
• Participate in Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
