AriensCo is seeking a Brake Press Technician for the 2nd shift in Brillion, WI. You will set up, adjust, and operate press brakes to perform metal fabrication, following engineering drawings and specifications to ensure precise bends and quality parts.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to communicate effectively and follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• Solid background in metal press forming and basic fabrication.
• Familiar with fabrication, hydraulic press and/or punch operations; basic setup is a plus.
• Competent in using precision measurement tools and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and set up brake press machines and tooling.
• Read drawings and blueprints to determine bend sequences and tooling needs.
• Perform multi-pass forming operations with tight tolerances and quality checks.
• Program CNC as required and perform routine maintenance per procedures.
• Complete and maintain production paperwork and support assembly requirements.
