Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead the 2nd Shift Fabrication Department at Plant 1 in Brillion, WI. You will oversee daily operations, support team development, and ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment focused on delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

We emphasize lean practices (6S, Kaizen) and ongoing training, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience with demonstrated leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on the 2nd shift fabrication floor.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities; perform periodic evaluations.
• Coordinate activities to meet schedules and improve equipment effectiveness.
• Foster teamwork across departments to meet customer requirements.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities to reduce waste and improve processes.
