Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the 2nd Shift Fabrication Department. You will lead daily production operations, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient work environment that meets quality and delivery goals.

In this hands‑on role you’ll drive lean initiatives, coordinate with multiple teams, and help develop employees while delivering high‑quality products for customers.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and ability to mentor staff.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with continuous improvement focus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations on the 2nd shift in Fabrication.
• Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and enforce corrective action.
• Coordinate activities to meet schedules; improve OEE and takt time.
• Foster teamwork across departments to meet quality requirements.
• Participate in lean manufacturing activities to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Handle special assignments as required.
